Thomas G. Putrim Joins Korn/Ferry International as Senior Client Partner

LOS ANGELES, Jan 29, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Tom Putrim has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner and a member of the Global Financial Market. Based in Chicago, Mr. Putrim will concentrate on senior level assignments in financial services with a particular focus on the Consumer/Retail Banking space.

Mr. Putrim joins the firm from Russell Reynolds Associates, where he was a member of the Financial Services Sector and where his assignments focused on C-suite engagements across financial services. Mr. Putrim, whose executive recruiting experience in the sector has spanned more than 15 years, began his career at American National Bank, which is now a part of JPMorgan Chase.

Mr. Putrim is a founding member of the Sunshine Board of Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, which is dedicated to liver disease research, and organ and tissue donation. He received his B.A. degree in English and Sociology, as well as a Business Certificate from Indiana University.
