Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines guidelines for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Korn Ferry aims to provide full and equal enjoyment of our website for all our users. We have designed our site to our good faith understanding of WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Delays

From time to time, we may experience potential delays in providing accessible versions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below or to request an accessible version of the content under our control.

Content which may experience delays for Korn Ferry:

Earnings Webcasts/Media

  • Accessible media for earnings webcasts may not be immediately available after an event due to processing time (OR is created upon request). Accessible media will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

Third-party Content/Websites

  • Websites, Media, Content or Third-party Code that is not under the author's control or linked to another website may not be accessible.

SEC Filings and Press Releases

  • Creation of the accessible HTML begins when the filing or release is made available. Automated accessibility of the HTML is applied in real-time; if additional manual accessibility is necessary, the accessible HTML will be posted as soon as possible. Changes in SEC Filing vendors or new SEC Filing types or templates, and Quarterly and Annual earnings releases may take longer depending on complexity, length of documents and rules training needed to accommodate the changes.

Highly Complex Content

  • Occasionally, highly complex documents (such as graphs, charts, etc.) are created that may have a delay in the accessibility process. These documents will be posted as soon as possible.
