Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), a single source of leadership and talent
consulting services, today announced that Douglas Madden has joined the
firm as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Technology Practice. He
will be based out of the firm’s San Francisco office.
Mr. Madden joins Korn Ferry from another executive search firm, where he
worked closely with top enterprise software, hardware, computer
networking, and semiconductor companies. He has successfully completed
leadership recruitment projects at the CEO, Board of Directors and
C-level, helping build senior general management teams to meet specific
challenges during various stages of growth.
Throughout his career, Mr. Madden has also worked closely with some of
the most successful private equity and venture capital firms in Silicon

advised technology companies and high net worth individuals, and managed
all aspects of their finances from equity positions to financing debt.
Later, Douglas was a top producer at one of the fastest growing private
financial services companies in the United States, in charge of
recruiting and training new talent to the company’s sales force.
