Senior Client Partner in the Korn Ferry Hay Group Executive Pay &
Governance practice based in the Washington D.C. office.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. McGee was the lead Partner of a global
human capital consulting firm’s Washington, D.C. Compensation Advisory
business, specializing in executive compensation.
Mr. McGee’s expertise is primarily in executive compensation and over
the past 30 years he has worked with a broad range of clients from large
publicly traded companies, to closely held private companies and highly
visible not-for-profits. He has also served as an expert witness on
reasonable compensation matters in Public Utility Rate Commission
hearings, US District Court, US Bankruptcy Court, National Labor
Relations arbitrations, State Insurance Commissioners hearings, IRS
Intermediate Sanctions reviews and Defense Contract Audit Administration
