Chuck Feltz Joins Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting as Senior Partner and President of Its Lominger Business
MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced the appointment of Chuck Feltz as president of its Lominger products business. As part of Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, Lominger specializes in commercializing competency-based talent management methods and tools that support the identification, differentiation, and development of leadership and talent across organizations. The appointment is effective immediately.
Mr. Feltz was a founding partner at Engage Consulting Group, consulting with medium to Fortune 500 companies to effectively align their human capital to develop and accelerate core business strategy and performance. In this capacity he partnered with CEOs and their leadership teams on change management strategies, profit and earnings delivery, vision, strategy development, and market share growth.
Before founding Engage Consulting Group, Mr. Feltz was president and COO of Lifetouch National School Studios, the world's largest employee-owned photography company, with over 20,000 employees. He created and led a transformative strategy for this industry leader under significant pressure from digital technology.
Mr. Feltz's career also includes 20 plus years at Deluxe Corporation, a $1.5 billion direct-to-consumer and business-to-business products and services company, where he held several C-level positions including President of three businesses including Direct Checks Inc.; Deluxe Financial Services Inc., its largest business unit; and Deluxe-HCL, Deluxe's successful international business process outsourcing company in New Delhi, India.

In addition, he has been a regular guest lecturer on strategy, leadership, and ethical business cultures at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, The University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business, and Hamline University School of Business.
Active in his community, Mr. Feltz is currently on the Board of Advisers at George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology, Webster University, and is a co-founder of KidsToTheRescue.org. Previously he served on the Board of Directors of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce and the Check Payments Systems Association, and chaired the Deluxe Corporation United Way campaign. Mr. Feltz has a bachelor's degree from Missouri State University and a master's degree in business management from Webster University in St. Louis.
