Bob Eichinger Named Vice Chairman, Korn/Ferry Institute; Dee Gaeddert Appointed President, Lominger
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Bob Eichinger, CEO and president of the firm's wholly owned subsidiary Lominger International, has been named Vice Chairman of the Korn/Ferry Institute. Dee Gaeddert, chief operating officer, will succeed Dr. Eichinger as President of Lominger.
Dr. Eichinger is the co-founder of Minneapolis-based Lominger, a preeminent provider of leadership development tools that was acquired by Korn/Ferry in 2006. Since the acquisition, he has served as CEO and President of Lominger. In his new role, he will work with boards of directors and CEOs on a variety of issues including succession planning and talent strategy, as well as direct the development and advancement of Korn/Ferry's thought leadership in the area of talent management. Dr. Eichinger will report to Gary Burnison, CEO of Korn/Ferry.

In her new role, Ms. Gaeddert will oversee global operations for Lominger, with responsibility for all aspects of the business. She will report to Gary Hourihan, president of Korn/Ferry's Leadership Development Solutions business.
