Michel Buffet Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Michel Buffet has joined the firm as a senior client partner and global account lead. He specializes in leadership development and is based in Korn Ferry’s New York City office.

Mr. Buffet joins Korn Ferry from YSC Consulting, where he was head of the Leadership Resilience practice in the Americas. Prior to that, Mr. Buffet was a managing partner at Fisher Rock Consulting and a partner at Oliver Wyman Delta, providing consulting services in organizational development and talent management.

Previously, Mr. Buffet conducted independent consulting in cross-cultural training and development at the Training Management Corporation and at Prudential Intercultural Services. Over his 20-year career, Mr. Buffet has advised organizations across a range of industries including life sciences, financial and consulting services, luxury goods, hospitality and entertainment.
