Caroline Jellinck Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), a single source of leadership and talent consulting services, today announced that Caroline Jellinck has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner. She will be a core member of Korn Ferry’s Global Technology Practice, and Board & CEO Services Practice. Ms. Jellinck will be based out of Korn Ferry’s Vancouver office.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Jellinck lived in France. Upon her return, she served as the Managing Partner of an advisory services firm that provided consulting in Board Effectiveness, Leadership Improvement and Strategic Talent Optimization.
Previously, as a Partner at another global executive search firm, for 15 years, she worked extensively with Boards of Directors and CEOs, conducting international senior executive and Board searches. Prior to her Executive Search career, Ms. Jellinck spent 12 successful years at Xerox in various sales and management roles.

Ms. Jellinck holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, Kingston Ontario. She is a certified professional from the INSEAD International Directors Corporate Governance program and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (Canada).
She has served on the Board of several organizations, including the BC Technology Industry Association, Douglas College and Science World BC; she has also served as a Member of the Corporate Cabinet of The United Way of the Lower Mainland and is a Partner in Social Venture Partners (Vancouver).
