Ronald Porter Joins Korn Ferry’s Global Human Resources Center of Expertise
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Ronald Porter has joined the firm’s Global Human Resources Center of Expertise. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s New York office.
Mr. Porter joins Korn Ferry from a global search firm, where for the past nine years he has served top-tier clients across multiple industries and markets recruiting Chief Human Resource Officers and assisting CHRO’s in building out high performance organizations.
Previously, Mr. Porter served as Vice President of Diversity and Talent Management, and ultimately Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Pepsico, Inc. After leaving Pepsico, Inc. Mr. Porter was Chief Human Resources Officer of Polaroid Corporation.
