Futurestep Appoints Industry Veteran Vic Khan as Managing Director, Global Operations
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company (NYSE: KFY) specializing in high- impact talent solutions, today has named Viquar (Vic) Khan managing director of Global Operations to address the growing demand for its talent acquisition solutions, as well as enhance services to existing clients. Working closely with Futurestep’s leadership and delivery teams, Khan will focus on extending and advancing the use of the Korn Ferry’s intellectual property within Futurestep’s service offerings and further developing the organization’s global capability to support clients across its recruitment centers.
Khan brings a wealth of industry experience to this role, having joined from Alexander Mann Solutions, where he established global delivery platforms for on-shoring, near-shoring and off-shoring as the Director of Global Client/Shared Service Centers. He also substantially grew the company’s five global delivery centers while leading strategy and operations.
