Futurestep scores highly across the board in NelsonHall’s 2016 RPO NEAT report

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Futurestep division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, has been recognised as a global leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) by leading outsourcing analysts NelsonHall.

In its RPO NEAT report, NelsonHall analyzes the performance of vendors offering RPO services. It assesses the capability of vendors across a range of criteria and business situations and identifies the best performing vendors overall.

In this year’s report, NelsonHall graded Futurestep highly throughout, rating it as a ‘Leader’ globally. The report measures vendors across three distinct market segments: Candidate Focus; Talent Management Focus; Global/Multi-Country Focus, as well as an additional Overall rating. Against all of these segments, including the Overall analysis, Futurestep scored highly.
