Marco Santana Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner
SÃO PAULO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Marco Santana has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner and Regional Rewards and Benefits Leader for South America. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s São Paulo office.
Mr. Santana joins Korn Ferry from a leading global advisory firm, where he was regional leader for the International Rewards and Benefits Practice in Latin America. Here, he drove marketing and sales strategies and conducted large regional projects with multinational clients.

Mr. Santana has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also completed several executive courses including a program at Northwestern University at The Kellogg School of Management.
He is bilingual in English and Portuguese and speaks Spanish fluently.
