Lesley Uren Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Lesley Uren has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner as part of Korn Ferry Hay Group. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s London office.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Uren was a partner at PA Consulting. She has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors and geographies, leading global talent strategy, leadership development and high potential identification projects for clients such as BP, Etihad, National Grid and Time Warner.

Prior to her consulting career, Ms. Uren held Regional HR Director roles and Group Talent positions with organizations such as PepsiCo and Rothmans. Over recent years, she has authored six substantial pieces of research which together help build a deeper understanding of what organizations need to do to truly embed enduring talent management strategies and engage and develop their most talented individuals.
