Susan Varnadoe to Lead Korn/Ferry's Enterprise Learning Business

Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced the addition of Susan Varnadoe as head of the firm's Enterprise Learning business, and Senior Vice President of Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting.
Based in both San Francisco and Orlando, Ms. Varnadoe has more than two decades of global experience, and is a widely-recognized expert in corporate and online learning. Throughout her career she has driven market development and expansion of technology applications for the leadership learning industry across multiple verticals and globally.
Ms. Varnadoe was most recently President of Ninth House, Inc., a consulting, technology, and award-winning management development and training business. She served on the Ninth House Board of Directors, and was accountable for driving the firm's strategy, brand, technology, new product and solution development, sales, and delivery. As a Board member, Ms. Varnadoe also helped to negotiate the sale of the company to Personnel Decisions International (PDI).

She also served as President and Board member of Interactive Media, Inc. a public company specializing in custom e-learning solutions for clients in multiple industries. She has lived and worked in both Singapore and Australia.
