Futurestep Announces Houston Service Management Center

North America Facility Joins Bangalore and Shanghai Locations to Reinforce Global Recruitment Processes

Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry Company (NYSE: KFY) specializing in talent acquisition solutions, today announced the commencement of full operations for its Houston Service Management Center (SMC). Joining the company's Shanghai and Bangalore SMC facilities as part of its standardized global service delivery model, the center provides full lifecycle support for recruiters as they serve clients of the company's RPO, Project-Based Recruitment and Mid-level Recruitment Solutions.

Key activities supported by the facility include recruitment research, candidate sourcing, initial screening and qualification, and recruitment administration. In addition, the Center will be expanded to provide help-desk and talent systems support for its Talent Acquisition Consulting services.

With a team of recruitment consultants and a leading-edge talent management technology and communications infrastructure, the SMC is designed to optimize productivity and responsiveness for recruiters and other client-services resources. The center also enables Futurestep to scale operations quickly in response to client requests to meet unpredicted recruiting peaks that create higher volume hiring requirements. As a highly-efficient resource for facilitating talent acquisition activities, the SMC plays a key role in the success of the company's global full-lifecycle sourcing and recruitment process.
